OAKLAND — Police here have identified a 29-year-old woman who was shot and killed on Sept. 22.
Carla Lee was fatally shot around 6:10 p.m. on the 1400 block of 87th Avenue in Oakland, police said. She died before emergency responders could take her to a hospital.
No arrests have been announced and police haven’t released the suspected motive, or said if Lee was the intended target.
Lee was picking up a relative when she was killed, her family told KTVU.
