One person was killed in a head-on crash involving a truck driving the wrong direction on Interstate 76 late Friday, Adams County officials said.
The rollover crash happened about 11 p.m. near I-76 and Federal Boulevard when a truck driving east in the westbound lanes crashed into a car, according to the Adams County Fire Protection District.
A passenger in the truck died, and two other people were taken to the hospital with injuries.
