Ontario Street ramps to outbound Kennedy Expressway reopen
The Ontario Street ramps to the outbound Kennedy Expressway reopened to traffic early Friday.
The ramps to access the outbound Kennedy and the Wilson Avenue exit ramp from the expressway reopened early Friday — aligning with an estimated reopening that targeted the week of Oct. 20, the Illinois Department of Transportation said.

The ramps were shut down in early October as part of expressway construction being done on the Interstate 90/94, according to the department.
Work on the Ohio and Ontario Street feeder ramps is expected to continue next summer.
