Pasadena’s Rent Stabilization Department Tuesday, Dec. 16, will host its annual holiday open house at the Los Robles Building, 199 S. Los Robles Ave., Suite 350.
The open house offers residents, property owners and the community the chance to learn about the department’s services including the rental registry, tenant and landlord resources, hearings and compliance information.
In addition, guests can enjoy warm refreshments, sweet treats and holiday music.
“We welcome every member of the community to join us on December 16 to meet our team and join in on some holiday cheer,” Director Helen Morales said in a statement. “We look forward to seeing you.”
The event runs from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public. Street parking will be available on Euclid Avenue and Cordova Avenue from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Paid parking is available at the Los Robles Building parking garage.
The Rent Stabilization Department was created in 2023 and supports the Rental Housing Board in enforcing rent stabilization laws and assisting tenants and landlords.
