A pedestrian died Saturday evening, April 19, after a crash that involved four vehicles on Pacific Coast Highway in Torrance.
The four vehicles crashed, and a pedestrian fell off the curb into traffic in the victiny of PCH and Ocean Avenue, according to a Torrance Police Department news release.
Paramedics responded, but the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers arrested one driver on suspicion of driving under the influence.
The news release did not say what time the crash occurred, or provide details of how it happened.
No further information was immediately available.
Police are investigating the crash and ask anyone with information to call 310-618-5557.
