Hofmann originally built the 7,410-square-foot property in 1986, and since then the home has had nearly $6 million of upgrades.

Oakland A’s and the Seattle Seahawks, has been listed for $7.488 million (Open Homes). 

 

The estate was purchased in 1997 by Don Kingsborough, former President of Atari and the former Head of Retail at PayPal. Kingsborough is also the former CEO of Worlds of Wonder, where he was the creator of the popular talking teddy bear Teddy Ruxpin.  He lived in the home until 2000.
