Photos: Signs show the mood of ‘No Kings’ protesters in Southern California
Protesters took to the streets in several locations in Southern California Saturday as part of the nationwide “No Kings Day of Defiance.”
Homemade signs reflect the sentiment of those who are a single voice supporting their cause.
Protests have been organized to reject authoritarianism, billionaire-first politics and the militarization of the country’s democracy, according to a press release from No Kings.
Here are a collection of some of the voices, through signs, our photographers captured during events on Saturday.
