The trains are still running in Altadena – lots of them.
The Christmas Tree Lane Model Train Society continues to hold its surreal and visually amazing model train exhibition at Christmas Tree Lane in Altadena.
Stop in and you’ll experience more than 6,400 square feet of model train exhibit, with miniature scenes from all over the American West.
Between the holiday lights of Christmas Tree Lane and the trains, it’s a treat that delights big crowds each year.
You’ve still got a chance to spend the holiday season enjoying the dioramas – and the miniature trains amid the area’s Christmas tree lights and some good hot cocoa.
The trains will be running from 5 to 11 p.m. on Dec. 25, Dec. 27 and Jan. 3. It’s for all ages, and its free, at 2085 Santa Rosa Ave. (along Christmas Tree Lane between Woodbury Road and Sacramento Street).
