The news comes as Prince Louis’ cousins, Archie And LilibetThey were reportedly not invited to the royal revelry. Their parents, Prince Harry And Megan Marklewere offered tickets, like HollywoodLife reported and have yet to respond formally. Despite tensions between the Sussexes and Buckingham Palace, the Times source told the Times the palace is making “plans” for Archie and Lilibet to attend the celebration.
Archie and Lilibet’s possible involvement follows the happy news of their new royal titles. Featuring Harry’s father, who becomes king after the death of queen elizabeth, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s children will receive the titles of Prince and Princess respectively, according to the Buckingham Palace website, where children are listed as Prince Archie of Sussex and Princess Lilibet of Sussex. A spokesman for Harry and Meghan even used the term when confirming Lilibet’s recent christening, saying: “I can confirm that Princess Lilibet was christened by the Archbishop of Los Angeles, Rev John Taylor, on Friday March 3rd .”
When Archie and Lilibet were born, they weren’t given such fancy titles as they were merely the great-grandchildren of the reigning monarch. Instead, they were referred to as “Master Archie Mountbatten-Windsor” and “Miss Lilibet Mountbatten-Windsor”. However, when the Queen Mother passed away in September 2022, the position of everyone, including Charles’ second wife, appeared to have been strengthened Camilla.
As fans know, there have been feuds in the royal family since Harry and Meghan stepped down from royal duties, made scandalous claims against Buckingham Palace and flew to California. With the title news and a possible invitation for the little ones, there seem to be attempts at reconciliation.
