Aaron Rodgers “owns” the Bears. You’ve probably heard a thing or two about this before.
But Rodgers, owner of a bum wrist, is — or is he? — about to quarterback the Steelers, not the Packers, at Soldier Field on Sunday. And the question is: Do Bears fans want so badly to beat this guy that they’d rather see him play than stand on the sideline?
That topic got things rolling in this week’s “Polling Place,” your home for Sun-Times sports polls on the social platform X.
“Why would we not want to send this guy out with a loss?” @AllJay_AllNight commented.
Next, we asked about the NFL’s Thanksgiving tripleheader: How many of those games will you watch? Most voted for all three, though @JBIRD1268 suspects the last one — Bengals at Ravens — will put him to sleep.
Last, we did a uniform check: Whose is best out of the Bears’, Bulls’ and Blackhawks’? The vote says it’s the Hawks’ by a mile.
“Not even a question,” @RBreach12 commented.
“It’s the Blackhawks and it’s not even close,” @theirishkid45 wrote. “They have the best uniforms in all of sports.”
On to the polls:
Poll No. 1: Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is questionable with a wrist injury for Sunday’s game at Soldier Field. Would you prefer he play or not play?
It’s time for this week’s “Polling Place.” Let us hear from you! Selected comments will appear in Sunday’s paper.

Upshot: What could be better than beating Rodgers — owner of a 26-5 record against the Bears — on the lakefront? On the other hand, how sour would it be to lose to him again? Chew on it some more as you chomp down on your Italian sausages heading toward kickoff.
Poll No. 2: The NFL is bringing us another Thanksgiving tripleheader (Packers-Lions at noon, Chiefs-Cowboys at 3:30, Bengals-Ravens at 7:20). How many of those games will you watch?

Upshot: If you’re really watching all three games, ask yourself: Have I done all I could to make this Thanksgiving wonderful for those in my midst? Matter of fact, have I risen from this chair since the Obama administration? Shouldn’t I be washing some dishes or at least pretending to? Ah, never mind, just crank up the volume and block those guilty thoughts right out.
Poll No. 3: Which of these teams has the best uniforms?

Upshot: Is the Hawks’ combo of red, white and black really that much different from the Bulls’ red, white and black? Apparently so. Or maybe it’s the “Chelsea Dagger.”
