Bryan Gallegos was charged as an adult with two counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted first-degree murder, unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon and prohibited possession of a handgun by a juvenile, court records show.
Two men — identified by the Fort Collins Police Department as 37-year-old Ivan Arreguin and 27-year-old Luis Angel Arreguin — were shot outside the Foothills Mall at about 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 5.
Paramedics took both men to the hospital, where they died from their injuries, police said. Gallegos was arrested early the next morning.
