Town Pump Provisions, a neighborhood bodega, ice cream parlor and grab-and-go eatery, is opening its doors in Cherry Creek North on Friday, Aug. 15.
Dana Monfort, founder of Town Pump Provisions, and her team are transforming the space into a three-part destination: The property In the former Crêpes ‘n Crêpes building at 2810 E. 3rd Ave. will feature Town Pump Eatery, The Town Pump Bodega and Little Man Ice Cream.
“As someone who’s lived in Cherry Creek for years, I felt there was something missing — a space that felt both energizing and welcoming,” said Monfort.
“I was inspired by places I’ve visited that left me feeling recharged and connected, and I wanted to bring that same sense of vibrancy to my own neighborhood.”

After closing over $250 million in mobile home park transactions, Monfort said she wanted to invest her success into a long-term community-driven project, according to a news release.
The Eatery’s made-to-order menu will be entirely seed oil-free, with vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free modifications.
Alongside a variety of food options such as New York-style bacon, egg and cheese on a kaiser roll, the fast-casual restaurant will also offer an extensive drink menu. Highlights include Denver-based Little Owl Coffee, paired with house-made nut milks and syrups, and a tonic bar that will serve ginger turmeric, peppermint and probiotic lavender lemonade.
Little Man Ice Cream will open its 11th location inside Town Pump Provisions.
Known for its inventive flavors, seasonal novelties and ice cream pies, Little Man will offer to-go pints and quarts. The creamery opened its ninth and 10th stores last year, in Greenwood Village and Littleton.
