VTA’s annual Stuff the Bus event, in partnership with the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots and Christmas in the Park, is back to spread the holiday magic to children across our community!
On Saturday, December 13, head to Plaza de César Chávez Park in downtown San Jose between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. and spot our VTA buses where VTA staff and U.S. Marines will be delighted to collect your brand-new, unwrapped toy donations. We also welcome and appreciate any monetary donations you make.
When donating, please keep in mind that we are looking for new, unwrapped toys, books, and stocking stuffers suitable for children from newborns to 14 years old. While plush toys are undeniably cute and cuddly, we are unable to accept them due to sanitary reasons.
Your donations will greatly brighten the holiday season for the many children in our community. By helping us gather as many toys as possible, you can truly impact and lift the spirits of each child. Join us in making wishes come true this season and stuffing the bus with holiday joy and the magic of giving. We can’t wait to see you and the bus full of holiday cheer!
