Travis Scott was arrested early Thursday in Miami after allegedly acting erratically during an argument at a Miami Beach-area marina.

The 33-year-old “goosebumps” rapper, real name Jacques Bermon Webster II, was charged with trespassing on property and disorderly intoxication after police say he stood on a dock yelling at occupants of a yacht there, according to arrest reports viewed by NBC Miami.

The complainant reportedly wanted Scott out of there but didn’t intend to press charges,. While he did briefly oblige, the Grammy nominee — who was warned he’d be arrested if he didn’t leave — didn’t go quietly.

Rather, authorities say Scott “walked backwards yelling obscenities to the occupants of the vessel” as he headed toward the boardwalk, per the outlet.

Minutes after leaving the marina in a car, he was back and strolling past cops in the parking lot toward the yacht again. Scott reportedly grew “erratic,” which authorities say caused “a public disturbance” both for those in the marina and in nearby buildings.

Scott posted bond, $500 for the trespassing and $150 for the disorderly intoxication, according to NBC Miami.

The “SICKO MODE” artist tweeted, “Lol,” at 8:45 Thursday morning in what has been interpreted as a nod to the incident.

Scott was arrested just over a week before the start of his European “Circus Maximus” tour in the Netherlands, and nearly a month after he got into a physical altercation with Cher’s boyfriend, Alexander “AE” Edwards at a Cannes afterparty. No one was seriously hurt in that incident, though news of the fight did make the rounds online.

His most infamous controversy remains that of the 2021 Astroworld tragedy, which left 10 dead. ranging from 9 to 27 years old.

A Texas grand jury decided last year that Scott, who organized the Houston music festival that also left thousands injured, would not face criminal charges for the deadly crowd surge. The last of 10 wrongful death lawsuits against Scott and others for Astroworld was settled last month, the same weekend as Scott’s brawl with Edwards.
