Two boys, 16 and 17, killed after car crashed into tree on country road

Officers are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a fatal collision in Corhampton. Police were called at 2:47am on Sunday 13 July to reports that a car had collided with a tree on Corhampton Lane. The collision involved a grey Hyundai I20. Sadly, despite best efforts of emergency services, a 16 year-old boy and a 17 year-old boy died at the scene.

Two teenage boys have died after a car crashed into a tree on a country lane.

The car crashed on Corhampton Lane in Corhampton, Hampshire, at about 2.47am on Sunday.

The Hyundai i20 crashed into a tree and a 16- and 17-year-old boy died at the scene despite efforts by the emergency services to save them.

Their families have been informed and are being supported by specialist police officers.

Hampshire Police are now appealing for any witnesses or people with dashcam footage of the moments leading up to the crash to get in touch with them.
