Two killed, two injured in Richmond shooting

RICHMOND — Police here responded to a quadruple shooting Tuesday afternoon, in which two men were killed, authorities said.

The shooting occurred near the intersection of 7th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in Richmond. Police say they received an alert from a gunfire detector at around 4:15 p.m.

All four victims were adult males, according to police, but their names and ages weren’t immediately available. Police haven’t said if they’ve pinpointed the motive, or how many shooters were involved, or if any of the victims were armed.

No arrests have been made.
