TWO men have been charged with murder seven years after a 21-year-old was stabbed to death.

Lekan Akinsoji, 26, and Sundjata Keita, 26, will appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court on October 26.
The pair were arrested on October 25.
They both remain in custody.
At 3.20pm on April 2, 2017, Ahmed went into a Newham corner shop to buy a soft drink.
He returned 30 seconds later while being chased by a person wearing dark clothing, a balaclava and gloves.
Ahmed was chased around the shop before he was stabbed in the heart and left with multiple slash injuries.
He was given first aid at the scene by emergency services but he died shortly afterwards.
The pair are among the six people who were initially arrested as part of the murder investigation.
No one was charged at the time.
Detective Chief Inspector Kelly Allen, who is leading the investigation, said: “It has been more than seven years since Ahmed was murdered but my team remains determined to identify those responsible in order to place them before a court.
“We remain in contact with Ahmed’s family and will keep them updated on this morning’s development.
“I would like to take this opportunity to encourage anyone who has information but has not yet spoken with police to come forward.
“Please do the right thing.”
