U.S. 285 is closed in both directions near Aspen Park in Jefferson County for a fatal crash, according to the Colorado State Patrol.

The rollover crash involving a tractor-trailer closed the highway just after 5:50 p.m., the Colorado Department of Transportation said in a travel alert.

The highway is closed between Parker Avenue and Blackfoot Road south of Aspen Park.

Drivers should expect delays in the area and there is no estimated time of reopening, according to CSP.
