The father of Virginia Giuffre doesn’t believes his daughter took her own life, insisting ‘somebody got to her’.

Sky Roberts said he there was ‘no way’ Ms Giuffre – who settled a sexual assault lawsuit against Prince Andrew – died by suicide and that foul play was involved.

Speaking of his devastation on Piers Morgan Uncensored, he said: ‘Well, first of all, I couldn’t even believe it. I mean, I started crying right away.

‘I’m still crying. I can’t believe that this is happening. It just, it’s impossible.’

He then added: ‘For them to say that she committed suicide, there’s no way she did that. Somebody got to her.

‘I don’t think she committed suicide.’

Ms Giuffre was found dead on April 25 at her farmhouse, an hour north of Perth in Western Australia.

Her family said she died after being a ‘lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking’.

Mr Roberts said he hoped Ms Giuffre would be remembered as someone who ‘got out of a bad situation and made a good situation out of it’.

He added that she was ‘helping a lot of other young girls that were feeling the pain of what goes on with people like that.

‘I think she’s strong, very strong, and that’s why I don’t think she committed suicide.’

‘She had too much to live for. She had her foundation.’

Mr Roberts comments came after Ms Giuffre’s lawyer Karrie Louden claimed there were ‘big questions marks’ over her death.

She said there had been no signs Ms Giuffre wanted to end her life in the weeks leading up to her death.

In 2019 Ms Giuffre wrote a Tweet where she said, ‘I am making it publicly known that in no way, shape or form am I suicidal’, The Sun reports.

She added: ‘If something happens to me…do not let this go away. Too many evil people want to see me quieted.’

After her death, Ms Giuffre’s family said in a statement that she was a ‘fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse’ but that the ‘toll of abuse… became unbearable’.

Police confirmed emergency services received reports of an unresponsive woman at a property in Neergabby.

‘Police and St John Western Australia attended and provided emergency first aid. Sadly, the 41-year-old woman was declared deceased at the scene,’ a police spokeswoman said.

‘The death is being investigated by Major Crime detectives; early indication is the death is not suspicious.’

Ms Giuffre was one of the most outspoken accusers of convicted sex offenders Jeffrey Epstein and his former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell.

She alleged they trafficked her to Prince Andrew when she was 17, a claim which he has denied.

Ms Giuffre lived in Australia for years and was an advocate for sex trafficking survivors after she emerged as a central figure in the downfall of disgraced paedophile Epstein.
