SAN FRANCISCO – The NBA’s two glamour franchises will play twice during the preseason.
The Warriors unveiled their preseason schedule on Tuesday morning, a five-game slate that will see Golden State stay on the West Coast.
The Warriors will open against the Lakers at Chase Center on Oct. 5 and take on the Trail Blazers on Oct. 8 in San Francisco. Golden State will then face the Lakers in Los Angeles on Oct. 12 and the Blazers at Moda Center on Oct. 14.
The Warriors will close out their preseason schedule at Chase Center against the Clippers on Oct. 17. In total, the Warriors play three preseason games at home and two on the road.
The Warriors went 6-0 in the preseason last year and 48-34 during the regular season. They reached the second round of the playoffs.
Golden State is currently playing its Summer League schedule in Las Vegas. Its regular-season schedule has not been announced.
