A woman was shot to death in Pilsen on Sunday afternoon, Chicago police said.
The woman, whose age wasn’t known, was in the 1500 block of South Laflin Street at 5:25 p.m. when a man approached her and shot her with a handgun, police said. She was shot in the head and taken to Stroger Hospital, where she later died.
No one is in custody.
