The Arch Manning era is beginning for the Texas Longhorns, and it looks like business is booming for the newest quarterback in Austin. Manning has been announcing a plethora of new NIL deals throughout the offseason.
The Texas quarterback announced a new partnership just days before the Longhorns take on the Ohio State Buckeyes in Columbus. Manning posted a funny video with a cameo from his father Cooper Manning announcing his deal with Warby Parker. The new ad campaign with the glasses company has been dubbed “Nice to See You.”
Months earlier, Manning revealed a partnership with Red Bull. Back in June, Manning posted a social media video for Raising Canes which also featured LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier.
Manning is projected to be the highest-paid player in college football.

For context, Miami quarterback Carson Beck is second in On3’s projected NIL value at $4.3 million.
“I didn’t want to be the guy rolling in with all this money when we have guys like Jake Majors who have 40 starts and not making any, and I’m taking all the money,” Manning told ESPN in January, per Sports Illustrated. “I wanted to earn my money, work hard, get to know the players, kind of earn my way up.”

Manning and the Longhorns are a slight underdog heading into the marquee matchup of Week 1. Ohio State is a 2.5-point favorite versus Texas, per FanDuel. Manning has the attention of new Ohio State defensive coordinator Matt Patricia.
“I’m worried about what his uncles are telling him right now,” Patricia told the Associated Press’ Jim Vertuno in an August 27, story titled, “Arch Manning finally takes the reins as Texas’ starting QB against Ohio State.” “That’s probably the biggest thing for me. He’s big, strong and really athletic.
