He has attracted interest from several high profile European clubs and could have his sights set on the Premier League.
Guirassy, 28, has told Stuttgart he wants to make a summer transfer, according to transfer expert Florian Plettenberg.
He adds that Arsenal are in the race to sign the Guinea international.
But they could face a tussle for his signature with Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan also keen.
Newcastle and Manchester United were linked with move for Guirassy in January.
SunSport revealed the striker wanted to join Tottenham ahead of the previous transfer window.
Arsenal are also said to be lining up a move for Spain star Mikel Merino.
The former Newcastle star has spent the past six years with Real Sociedad, helping them become one of LaLiga’s top sides.
