Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn finally meet in the ring tonight as their grudge match takes centre stage at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

30 years on from Chris Eubank Snr and Nigel Benn colliding in one of the most blistering rivalries in British boxing history, their sons follow in their footsteps in a modern reboot.

The hated rivals meet two-and-a-half years on from their first bout falling through in spectacular fashion just days from the opening bell when Benn failed two drug tests.

Benn overturned a doping ban with the feud between the two growing more vicious – with Eubank Jr providing a subtle reminder of the controversy after cracking an egg on his opponent’s head at a chaotic press conference in March.

Eubank Jr was unable to boil down to the 160lbs weight limit on Friday, earning himself a huge fine. But the Brighton fighter weighed inside the 12st 1lb limit at a second weight check on Saturday morning.
