Here’s What The Police Report Says
On Monday, 8/25/25, I, Sgt. Armstrong was in full uniform working the 8 am to 4 pm shift operating marked Mansfield cruiser M2 assigned as the Shift Supervisor.
1.) Sometime around noon, Front desk employee Megan O’Hara, came into the Sgt’s office and advised me there was a female on the phone who wanted to talk with an officer regarding a domestic situation. Megan told me the female was hesitant because the person she was talking about was a pro athlete. I told Megan to transfer the call to my desk. I began to speak with the calling party who was identified as [victim’s name removed]. [Victim] was a bit hesitant to talk but after assuring her that our conversation for now was for me to hear what she had to say, she began to explain what she claims happened.
2.) [Victim] stated she has been in a dating relationship with Christian Barmore (7/28/99) on and off for about 3 1/2 years. They have a 2-year-old daughter together [redacted by police]. Christian has an address of [redacted by NBC10 Boston] in Mansfield and [victim] has stayed there on and off during this time – our in-house records indicate a response for service to that address for both Christian and [victim] on 6/29/22. [Victim] stated back on Friday 8/8/25 they were both at the residence with their daughter. [Victim] said she was physically assaulted by Christian and went on to tell me her version of events that day. [Victim] stated Christian woke up that morning around 7 am and became angry because the air conditioning was set at 70 degrees and he wanted it at 68 degrees. [Victim] spent that night in the guest room while Christian stayed in the master bedroom. [Victim] said that morning [redacted by police] wanted to see her father so she took her to his room. [Victim] said Christian asked her “why are you here?” and she told him that his daughter wanted to see him. [Victim] claimed Christian picked up the child, placed her on the floor just outside the master bedroom, turned back into the room and slammed the door shut.
3.) [Victim] said she tried to avoid Christian for the rest of the day as she knew he was in a bad mood. At one point, later in the day, [victim] was having something to eat and Christian asked her why she was eating his food. [Victim] decided she was going to leave and went to gather some of her belongings. [Victim] called her mother and while she was speaking with her, Christian took her phone out of her hand and disconnected the call. [Victim] said Christian kept the phone from her so she went to go to the front door. [Victim] said she intended to open the door and scream for help but Christian grabbed her before she could and threw her to the floor. [Victim] said she tried to get up but Christian had grabbed her by the shirt in the area of her neck. Christian eventually let go and [victim] got up. [Victim] grabbed their child and went to her room to pack. [Victim] said she got her phone back and called her mother while Christian called his mother who was trying to calm him down. [Victim] stated Christian then rushed at her but didn’t make any contact. [Victim] said her daughter tried to jump into her arms when this happened and believed that is the only reason Christian didn’t touch her. [Victim] said she was very frightened as Christian is an NFL player roughly 6’5 315 lbs. [Victim} continued to state she contacted a car service the Patriots provide for players etc. and was eventually picked up about an hour later. [Victim] said the service drove her and her daughter all the way to Delaware.
4.) [Victim] was advised on her rights to apply for a restraining order. She told me she was supposed to meet with Christian’s mother this upcoming weekend to come up with a plan. [Victim] said she doesn’t want any more contact with Christian and will decide on whether or not to apply for a restraining order based on the conversation with Christian’s mother. I asked [victim] why she didn’t report this earlier and she told me she is in fear of Christian and his “handlers” especially since he is wealthy and an NFL player. I asked [victim] if she was injured and she told me she had bruises from being thrown to the floor. [Victim] said she took a photo of the injury and I asked if she could email me the photo, which she did. Photo was added to report.
5.) Over the course of the next few weeks I was in contact with [victim] regarding whether or not she wanted to go forward with criminal charges. [Victim] advised me she was currently about 7 weeks pregnant with Christian’s child and is considering measures because she doesn’t want any more ties to him. [Victim] is hesitant to go forward because of the fear she has of Christian retaliating. [Victim] told me during this incident he had threatened her to have his family members beat her up. [Victim] said the exact words were “I’m going to get my cousin to [expletive] you up”. [Victim] is worried he may hire someone to harm her and make her life difficult. [Victim] mentioned that she has heard Christian threaten people before while saying with the money he has he can hire anyone. [Victim] is also worried about Christian’s mother, financial advisor and mentor as she claims to have seen them go to extreme lengths to protect him. About a week later, [victim] sent me some text messages between her and Christian. They were older messages but she wanted me to see them as she said they show what he is capable of doing, especially when it comes to having someone harm her. [Victim] eventually went to court in Delaware to apply for a restraining order. She told me the Judge did not grant one but instead set a date of 10/2/25 for a hearing regarding this matter. On Tuesday 9/9/25 [victim] sent me an email and stated she has made the decision to go forward with charges. I advised her I would apply for a show cause hearing and explained to her the process.”
