Clare Craig Fleetwood is the wife of PGA Tour golfer Tommy Fleetwood. They have been married since 2017 and have three children, including a son, Franklin, and two kids from Clare Fleetwood’s previous marriage.
At the Travelers Championship in 2025, Fleetwood, who is from England, talked to reporters about what it means for him to see his family as he competed for his first PGA Tour victory, “Yeah, they’re great. My biggest supporters completely. They love golf. They absolutely love it. It is always great having them out. I’m sort of one of the guys that probably, living where I live, does the most amount of travel and probably spends the most amount of time away from my family, if you like. So I do really love the weeks when they are out here.”

In addition to being his partner in life, Clare Fleetwood is also Tommy Fleetwood’s longtime manager and agent, according to her LinkedIn profile. Like her husband, Clare Fleetwood is from England.
According to Golf Monthly, Clare worked at Hambric Sports Management, where she was the agency’s vice president for Europe. She was introduced to Tommy Fleetwood by his brother, Joe, who also worked at the sports management company.
He told Golf Monthly in 2015, “The other major change has been good too – a switch of management to Hambric Sports Group. My brother, Joe, working at Hambric is obviously a big plus point, but I get on well with Clare Craig, too, who is vice-president of Europe. She’s always been around on Tour, and I’ve chatted to her a lot over the years.”

Tommy and Clare Fleetwood were married in the Bahamas in December 2017, according to Golf Week after playing in the Hero World Challenge there.
He told Golf Week that Clare found a spot for them to be married on the beach, “Wherever she tells me, I will be there.”
Golf Week wrote, “One reporter joked on Wednesday that most folks might get married in London, where the couple resides, and then honeymoon in the Bahamas. But the two will get married in the islands, then return home to England to celebrate a long, successful, and quite eventful year.”
Fleetwood told reporters, “I like doing things a little bit backward. It’s nice to be different.”

Tommy Fleetwood, who turned 34 in January 2025, and Clare Craig Fleetwood are well aware that they 23-year age gap between them raises eyebrows with some. On the Performance People podcast in 2023, Clare addressed the age difference and whether it was a “big deal” for them.
“It kind of is and isn’t. I mean it was way more at the beginning,” she said. “It was kind of not actually for us but it was just again thinking what other people are thinking about all the time and within the industry. It was kind of big news in our circle so I was a little bit paranoid about all that really. But not for any reason of our relationship and I had full faith once we fell in love.”
Tommy Fleetwood added, “I think the thing for me, having Clare as my agent, at the end of the day there’s nobody that I trust more or that I’m going to trust more to make the best decisions for us really. She’s making decisions for the family as well as I guess me as an individual. I would never think of it like that. When she talks about me as a golfer or as an individual, I actually hate it because I’m always like, well it’s for us, it’s for us as a family. That’s what you’re making the decision for, but she does go off on a tangent sometimes speaking about me.”

Clare Fleetwood was a trustee of the Richard Burns Foundation, a charity set up in honor of her friend, British rally car driver Richard Burns, who died in 2005 from complications of a brain tumor.
According to the foundation’s website, ““Clare was a close friend of Richard and met him through mutual friends in 1997, by 1999 she was travelling on every rally with him as his assistant helping with logistics, pr and sponsorship commitments. This work and friendship continued throughout his WRC career.”
