The Philadelphia Eagles showed interest in an intriguing veteran D-lineman this week, bringing in former Atlanta Falcons defensive tackle Ta’Quon Graham for a visit.
Nothing has come of it yet, but that could change depending on both the quality of the workout and the needs Philly has on its D-line.
At 6-foot-4 and roughly 300 pounds, Graham has size, length and a decent amount of experience. He’d also be a solid depth piece for Vic Fangio to move around. Let’s take a closer look at what he’s done in the league so far.

A fifth-round pick out of Texas in 2021, Graham developed into a steady part-time contributor for Atlanta. A knee injury in 2022 halted his progress earlier in his career. That season, he started nine games, finishing with 34 tackles, eight quarterback hits and a fumble recovery.
He returned to action for 15 games (two starts) the following year in 2023, netting 23 tackles, two QB hits and the lone sack and forced fumble of his career thus far. He played 10 games for the Falcons in 2024 and two this season, all as a reserve after starting 26 games over his first three seasons.
Fangio likes to keep his defensive linemen fresh, and a player like Graham, who can plug in behind the starters, could help preserve the legs of Moro Ojomo and Jalen Carter.
He wouldn’t be expected to take over a starting role, of course, but he’s still young — he turns 27 in December — so it wouldn’t be a surprise if he was added to the practice squad in the coming weeks.
Eagles Take on Packers Week 10: A Game Preview
Through eight weeks of the 2025 regular season, the Eagles sit at 6-2, and are in cruise control in the NFC East. They’re about to be tested in a big way, though, when they head to Lambeau Field to take on the Green Bay Packers for a Monday Night showdown.
Philly is averaging 26.0 points per game while allowing 23.1 ppg on defense, and Green Bay, just a half-step behind at 5-2-1, has scored 206 points (25.8 per game) and allowed 166 (20.8 per game).
Green Bay’s run defense has been one of the league’s best, surrendering just 89.4 yards per game, good for fifth overall. That makes Philadelphia’s offensive line — and by extension, their defensive front’s ability to control tempo — all the more crucial.
The Packers’ offense, led by quarterback Jordan Love, ranks eighth in total yardage at 360.4 per game. The Eagles will need to collapse the pocket from the inside and force Love to make throws under pressure.
There are definitely playoff implications, too. A win would give Philadelphia a firmer grip on NFC seeding, but a Green Bay dub could give them an edge in a tie-breaker.
“I think this is a talented group of guys, both offensively, defensively, and special teams-wise,” Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni said about Green Bay this week.
“I think they play hard, they play with good fundamentals, they have good schemes with good talented players. So, a lot of respect. A lot of good players throughout every layer of their defense, a lot of good players through every layer of their offense and special teams. But like I said, I feel like they’ve got good players with good coaches, and that’s why they’ve had the success that they’ve had. A lot of respect for this team.”
It’s got all the makings for a game-of-the-year candidate, so we’ll see which heavyweight comes out on top.
