
One of the biggest days on the horse racing calendar is here with the 2025 Epsom Derby taking centre stage this afternoon.
The world famous flat race, the fourth Classic of the year, will feature 19 runners vying for glory in would is set to be it’s most unpredictable edition in years.
It’s the biggest Derby field since 2003 with Ryan Moore seeking to ride Delacroix to victory with Aidan O’Brien looking for a record-extending 11th win in the Classic.

What time does the Epsom Derby start?
The Epsom Derby takes place today – Saturday 7 June – with the big race scheduled to get underway at 3:30pm.
It is the fifth and final race of the day with the action underway from 1pm with the Princess-Elizabeth Stakes.
