FRANK LAMPARD has fired back after Wayne Rooney claimed he and John Terry were “tucked into bed” by Chelsea’s masseur while on England duty.

Rooney revealed he loved an evening massage after having dinner.
But the Manchester United icon also added that Chelsea legends Lampard and Terry went even further with their treatment while on England call.
Rooney left fans stunned as he claimed the pair would be tucked into bed by a Chelsea masseuse — who would then massage their feet until they fell asleep.
Roo said: “I used to get one [massage] at 9pm, but the last ones after me were always JT [John Terry] and Lamps [Frank Lampard].
“Bill, who was the Chelsea masseuse, was there and he’d massage them, then they’d go into bed and get their feet out under the bed, and he’d massage them until they fell asleep.
“Gospel truth. He’d massage their feet until they fell asleep then he tucked them in. I swear.”
But Lampard has now hit back at Rooney, rubbishing the former England captain’s claims.
He admits getting massages from Chelsea’s masseuse while on international duty, as the physio was already there working for the England team.

However, Lamps is adamant he never had his feet massaged while falling asleep and vowed to respond by having a “word” with Rooney.
Lampard said: “I need to have a word with him because he’s… would I call it selective memory?

“I don’t know what I’ll call it. Maybe he’s got the wrong end of the stick.
“I certainly never had my feet rubbed to make me fall asleep in my room.
“I’m just going to correct here. I’m not going to speak for John, but the story is Billy, the masseur was at Chelsea and England, for a period of time, we were all very close.
“So we would work, naturally we would work with Billy in the medical room.
“Occasionally he would come to our room and do work which is very normal. I’m sure Wayne’s had a similar situation.
