MARC GUEHI has revealed his minister dad may miss England’s crucial Euro 2024 clash with Slovakia
The 23-year-old defender looks as though he has been playing tournament football for years.

Starring in an England defence that has conceded just one goal at Euro 2024, nothing appears to faze the Crystal Palace star.
Now he is preparing for Sunday’s last-16 showdown with Slovakia – but his father may not be able to make it – because he is a church pastor.
John Guehi took a service at a church in Lewisham on the day of England’s opening game against Serbia on Sunday, June 16.
But he was able to catch a flight to Gelsenkirchen due to a 9pm kick-off local time.
He will struggle to get to the city this time as the match has a 6pm kick-off.
Guehi Jnr admitted: “Usually God comes first.
“I’d expect him to be at church but he could turn up, I don’t know. I’ll have to message him later to ask.”
Despite concerns over the defence before the tournament, the backline has looked solid so far with two clean sheets out of three.

Guehi’s Eagles team-mate Dean Henderson is on the bench for England, meaning that the ace has had Jordan Pickford’s constant shouting ringing in his ears as the Everton No 1 does his best to organise the back four.
Speaking on the difference, he said: “I would say I am not particularly used to Jordan.
“It’s just the amount of talking. It is a lot — but it is good.
“It is a bit of a shock at first but actually when you look back on it, he is fantastic.
“He is constantly communicating, making sure you are staying alert — and his clean sheet record speaks for itself. He is obviously a top goalkeeper.
“It is a collective, being able to defend well — and if we are to go far in the tournament, the defence needs to be strong. We need to remain calm.
“I am doing OK. I am glad and happy to be playing but that is not the aim. The objective is much bigger and it starts with Slovakia in the last 16.”
Guehi went into Euro 2024 having represented England just 11 times — and with Harry Maguire injured, his inexperience was an obvious worry.
He had only played twice with John Stones — a 4-0 thrashing at home to Hungary in the Nations League two years ago and the 1-0 loss to Iceland in the final warm-up game at Wembley. The omens were not great.
Yet the pair have formed a strong partnership in what has been one of England’s few genuine successes at the Euros so far.
Guehi added: “I have not spoken to Harry Maguire, but he has played a big part in me being here.
“His consistent performances in other tournaments, his help with me on the training pitch has been amazing.
“I cannot speak highly enough of him and John. Playing with John is a dream.
“Not only is he a fantastic person and someone who everyone in the squad gets along with, he’s almost like a big brother, putting his arm around you, taking care of you.”
