Inside Eddie Hall’s insane 10,000 CALORIE-A-DAY diet that saw him LOSE weight – as he admits it made him ‘s*** himself’

EDDIE HALL has lifted the lid on his insane 10,000 calories-a-day diet that saw him LOSE weight — while also making the giant “s*** himself.”

Hall, 36, is a former World’s Strongest Man champion, boxer and MMA star who is renowned for his incredible size.

The ace fought strongman rival Hafthor Bjornsson in a historic boxing clash two years ago.

And in June he made waves by “power-bombing” a rival in a “freak” 2vs1 cage fight.

At his highest, Hall weighed in at a mind-boggling 30.5 stone.

It helped him become the strongest man on earth in 2017.

And Hall’s bulk also made him the first person to deadlift 500kg.

Hall now clocks in at a much more trim 26 stone.

But he’s dropping even more pounds after converting to a brand new diet.

Hall used to put away full English breakfasts, cheesecakes and ice cream in his bid to become the strongest man around.

Yet these days, Hall has cut out the carbs after embarking on a “carnivore” diet.

It means all of his food comes from either meat or dairy products, with some vegetables on the side to aid digestion and provide fibre.

Hall’s amazing diet clocks in at just under 10,000 calories.

And he even claims he is LOSING weight despite feasting like a king.

That’s despite it making him have a “few problems initially, like s*****g myself.”

Hall continued: “How can I lose weight with 10,000 calories a day? How does that work. I think the results speak for themselves. I feel great.

“My strength has gone through the roof, I’m sleeping much better. I can eat as much as I want to a degree.

“I can eat as much meat and dairy and eggs as I want and don’t put weight on. Absolutely insane.”

Hall starts his day with a massive 1500 calorie breakfast of salmon, five eggs cooked in butter, some cottage cheese and a milkshake.

For lunch he then devours more eggs, another milkshake and an entire ribeye steak, this time making for an eye-watering 3700 calories.

Hall’s next move is to hit the gym — but midway through the session he knocks back another shake boasting 600 calories.

In the afternoon, Hall tops up his levels with 113 calories-worth of Biltong.

And then it’s time for dinner, where he puts away TWO ribeye steaks and two eggs, cooked in butter, for another 2600 calories.

He washed it down with a special dessert consisting of a milkshake, some broth and a yoghurt mixed with protein powder.

This adds on another 1200 calories to his daily intake.

And that makes for a staggering total calorie intake of 9,800.
