TRIBUTES have poured in following the death of former Arsenal and Everton star Kevin Campbell.
Confirming the star’s tragic passing, Arsenal wrote: “We are devastated to learn that our former striker Kevin Campbell has died after a short illness.
“Kevin was adored by everyone at the club. All of us are thinking of his friends and family at this difficult time. Rest in peace, Kevin.”
Campbell had recently been taken to hospital after becoming “very unwell.”
At the time both Arsenal and Everton shared messages of support for the former player.
Arsenal wrote: “Everyone at the club is sending love to Kevin Campbell and his family, following news that our former striker is very unwell. We’re thinking of you.”
