Mark Andrews Sends Strong Message After Ravens Hand Him New $39.3 Million Deal

Mark Andrews is not going anywhere — and he plans to make sure everyone knows it. After signing a new three-year, $39.3 million extension with the Baltimore Ravens, the All-Pro tight end delivered a clear message about his future with the franchise.

“One hundred percent,Andrews said via the Ravens’ official website when asked if he wanted to retire a Raven. This has become home for me… I’ve loved getting to grow up here as a man and play for this city, this organization. There’s no place else I’d rather play.”

The extension, first reported by NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, includes $26 million guaranteed, securing Andrews as a foundational piece for Baltimore’s offense through his ninth NFL season.

Ravens Praise Mark Andrews After $39.3 Million Extension:An All-Time Raven’

Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta celebrated the deal, calling Andrews one of the most important players in team history.

“We are excited and proud to announce a three-year contract extension with Mark Andrews,DeCosta said.Mark is an all-time Raven — a top competitor and Pro Bowl tight end who is also a big part of our Baltimore community.”

The agreement came together quickly.

“It happened in the last two weeks,Andrews said. Both parties really wanted to get a deal done… I couldn’t be happier.”

Andrews’ production backs it up. At age 30, he remains the franchise’s all-time leader in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns. This season, he has 59 catches for 719 yards and five touchdowns heading into Week 14. He has also caught a pass in 186 straight games — the longest streak in the league.

Andrews and Lamar Jackson entered Baltimore together in 2018, building one of the NFL’s most reliable QB-TE partnerships. Andrews said their mission hasn’t changed.

“Extremely hungry for this opportunity,Andrews said. This is the first step toward making our dream happen.”

Ravens Tight End Room Reacts: Isaiah LikelyGassedfor Andrews’ Payday

The extension has ripple effects inside the Ravens’ tight end group, where Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kolar are both pending free agents after the season. Likely isn’t worried — at least not right now.

“I love Mark. I’m gassed,Likely said.I texted him,Big bro, I love you. I’m proud of you. We’ve got more work to do this year.”

Likely added that he is choosing tolive in the moment, noting,I just watched my brother get paid, so I just see joy.”

Likely, who missed time early in the season due to a foot injury, is coming off his best game of the year — a five-catch, 95-yard performance on Thanksgiving. He came within inches of scoring his first touchdown of the season before the ball was knocked out at the goal line.

Baltimore now faces important decisions about how to structure its tight end group beyond 2025. But for now, the focus remains on Sunday’s matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers — and Andrews’ continued dominance as one of Jackson’s most important weapons.

As Andrews said, everything the Ravens want is still within reach.
