The Buffalo Bills take on the Atlanta Falcons on Monday Night Football in Week 6. Following a frustrating 23-20 loss to the New England Patriots at home, Bills quarterback Josh Allen knows they need to step up and get a win on the road before their bye week.
“I think it’s a wake-up call, reset, whatever you want to call it,” Allen told reporters. “We had been getting by in previous games of maybe not playing our best football… Fortunately, we’ve got another chance to go Monday night in a really fun environment in Atlanta.”
Fans will keep an eye out for Allen’s wife, Hailee Steinfeld, at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Monday, October 13. While Steinfeld stays away from the jumbotron, she quietly attends nearly every Bills game.
Before the primetime Week 6 matchup, Allen gushed over Steinfeld in an interview with ESPN. When asked what the most fulfilling part of his life is right now, “My wife,” Allen answers. “My wife is an unbelievable and undeniable rockstar in her work. Fans Loved Seeing Hailee Steinfeld At Her Best Friend’s Wedding Before the Bills Game
One day before Buffalo’s 2025 season opener against the Baltimore Ravens, Steinfeld attended Gustavson’s nuptials to music producer and composer Demitri Lerios. Gustavson, an interior designer and daughter of billionaire Tamara Gustavson, got married at Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito, which is a 10-minute drive from where Steinfeld tied the knot.
A new image from the stunning affair emerged earlier this week.
While Allen couldn’t accompany his wife to the wedding due to the Week 1 matchup, Steinfeld, who served as a bridesmaid, appeared to have an absolute blast. Steinfeld’s parents, Cheri and Pete Steinfeld, also attended the wedding.
The “Spiderman: Across the Spider-Verse” star, along with her parents, made it to Highmark Stadium the following night to watch in person as Buffalo defeated Baltimore 41-10.
Funnily enough, in one of the first photos of Steinfeld and Allen to emerge on social media in May 2023, they were enjoying a double date with Gustavson and Lerios in New York City.
The 28-year-old actress also attended Gustavson’s bachelorette party in Mexico, which took place the weekend before Steinfeld tied the knot with Allen.

While Allen looks to bring Buffalo their first-ever Lombardi Trophy this season, he’d love for Steinfeld to bring home some new hardware, too. The Hollywood Reporter‘s early award season predictions name Steinfeld as a frontrunner to earn a Best Supporting Actress nomination for her role as Mary Louise in “Sinners.”
If the decision were up to the league MVP, the Academy Award would already have his wife’s name engraved on it. While speaking to NFL analyst Kyle Brandt last month, Allen gushed over her success.
When Brandt asked about the quarterback’s review of “Sinners,” he answered, “A+.”
As for why Allen gave it such a high grade, “Because it combines a lot of different aspects of life. My wife absolutely kills it. Hopefully, award season coming around, people make the right decision.”
