Jaxson Dart has been making news on and off the field this season. The latest has to do with a dating rumor surrounding Alix Earle, but she has come out and debunked it. Here is the latest surrounding the Giants‘ quarterback’s dating life.
Earle Debunks Rumor That Dart Slid in Her DMs
Hours after Alix Earle, a social media influencer and Dancing With the Stars alum, broke up with Houston Texans wide receiver and return specialist Braxton Barrios, a screenshot of a supposed Instagram DM from a certain Giants quarterback surfaced on the Internet.
The screenshot sent sports and entertainment fans into a frenzy and seemingly showed that Jaxson Dart messaged Earle, “hey you single now?” However, Earle took to TikTok to debunk the entire thing, posting an explanation on her story.
“What is this fake photoshopped dm u guys are posting? 1. That never happened. 2. That wouldn’t be on my story,” Earle wrote over an image that showed part of her face.
Earle and Berrios had been dating for more than two years, but mutually broke up due to distance affecting their relationship. Berrios was unable to attend Earle’s Dancing With the Stars tapings, including the finale, due to his football schedule with the Texans.
Despite that, Berrios was supportive of his girlfriend, sending Earle a video message saying, “I’ve watched you pour everything into this since the moment it has started, and I think it shows,” Berrios said in a prerecorded video. “Good luck. Have fun, babe.”
Earle and her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, finished as runner-ups in the latest DTWS competition, which required her to be in Los Angeles for the past few months.
Dart Linked To Model and Ring Girl Marissa Ayers
Despite the Earle rumors being shut down, Dart has been linked to model and ring card girl Marissa Ayers, who has over 400,000 followers on Instagram.
A report in October claimed that Dart and Ayers were spotted together at a Halloween party and began dating shortly thereafter. Ayers later posted a photo dressed as a mermaid while out in Manhattan. Although Dart did not appear to be present, he did like her post.
Ayers has 1.5 million followers on TikTok, where she shares makeup routines and travel experiences. She is also a ring card girl for UFC fights, including the big matchup between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano this summer.
She was spotted on the field at Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts, before Jaxson Dart’s return to NFL action against the New England Patriots last Monday night, alongside Dart’s mom, Kara.
Although they have not made anything official, that is a strong indication that the two are seeing each other, as Ayers has met Dart’s mom and is supporting him in his football career.
On the field, Dart and the Giants suffered a difficult 33-15 loss to the New England Patriots, falling to 2-11 on the season. The rookie quarterback completed 17 of 24 passing attempts for 139 yards and a touchdown in the disheartening loss.
Big Blue will return from its bye week to battle the 3-10 Commanders this Sunday. A long losing streak will come to an end, as Washington has lost eight straight games while New York has lost seven straight. The Giants are slight favorites at MetLife Stadium, with the game being broadcast at 1 PM on FOX.
