NOT much unsettles Emma Paton.
But an over-confident darts fan with pants on his head left the Sky Sports presenter undie-whelmed – and not for THAT reason.
This fan stunned popular Sky Sports presenter Emma Paton
The spectator was predictably unable to get all the drinks to the table
Emma Paton had her say on the drink-dropping darts loverRex
The spectator attempted the audience equivalent of a nine-darter – trying to carry FIVE beer pitchers to a table at the World Championship quarter-finals – with a spectacular lack of success.
Expensive Ally Pally beverage spilled out over the floor from at least two of the containers – with one viewer calling it the “absolute worst thing I’ve seen on telly all year!”
A green-haired pal of the jug-lugging fan appeared to have his eyes more on the only pitcher making it cleanly to the table – as he opened his arms in anticipation.
And the soggy saga became too much for Paton as she observed the spectator’s increasingly damp downfall.
The fans’ favourite broadcaster started by confirming she was glad to see so many darts lovers “seeing the New Year in in style”.
And spotting the table at the centre of the beer drama, she noted: “These guys certainly are.”
But she then added: “Why’s nobody helping him?! That’s the big question.
“Finally – someone – PLEASE – take a jug off him or something.”

TV viewers were also frothing with frustration at the wasteful scene – especially those who blasted the price of drinks at the Ally Pally event.
One said: “That pic of that lad spilling them jugs . Those cost him £150.”
Another posted: “My thoughts are with the lad carrying (attempting to) the 5 jugs at the Ally Pally. Some friends he’s got, give the poor lad some help… waste of drink.”
A thirsty third fan lamented: “Why’s none of his mates helped him? Spilt about £50 worth there.”
A fourth pointed out: “That guy must have wasted a fortune just by spilling them jugs.”
And a fifth suggested: “Should have carried 4 and saved the cost of 1 pitcher he threw away there.”
Another described the situation an “absolute mess” while another sobbed on social media: “Only a £120 round.”
Even the official PDC Darts X account joined in, posting a clip of the antics and imagining the exchange: “Want a tray mate? Nah i’ll be sound…”
However, one viewer reckoned the incident just showed how the sport has changed for its fans.
He said: “Darts is now just a bender with your mates, darts is the side attraction.”
