The Kansas City Chiefs look to record their second win of the season against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4.
Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce recorded four catches for 26 yards during Kansas City’s 22-9 win over the New York Giants last week. Kelce’s fiancée, Taylor Swift, did not attend the Chiefs-Giants game on Sunday Night Football at MetLife Stadium. Considering she only attended home games last season, her absence did not come as a surprise.
Swift, who’s preparing to release her 12th studio album, “Life of a Showgirl,” did not attend the Chiefs’ season opener in São Paulo, Brazil, either. However, fans hope to see the pop star at Arrowhead Stadium when the Chiefs host the Ravens on Sunday, September 28.
While Swift kept an extremely low profile two weeks ago, the 35-year-old attended Kansas City’s home opener against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2. After the game, she helped celebrate Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes‘ birthday at 1587 Prime.
However, Swift flew to Santa Barbara to attend Selena Gomez’s wedding to Benny Blanco over the weekend. She landed in Southern California on Friday evening to attend the rehearsal dinner at Hope Ranch with the nuptials and reception taking place at a private estate on Saturday evening.
With the Ravens-Chiefs game in the late Sunday afternoon time slot, she can hop back into her private plane and make her way back to Kansas City in time for the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff.

The Daily Mail reported that Swift stayed at Rosewood Miramar during the wedding weekend. Other celebrities in attendance included Paul Rudd, Martin Short, Steve Martin, and more.
Following the reception, the 14-time Grammy winner’s “three-car convoy was seen speeding away — headed for the nearby Santa Barbara airport where she jumped on a private Gulfstream G550 plane” just after 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, the outlet reported.
“Tracking data shows the jet is headed towards the Missouri city – with the megastar set to arrive with hours to go before the big game.”
Swift seems to bring good luck to Kansas City, and the Chiefs need it to defeat Lamar Jackson and Co. this week. During the 2024 season, the Chiefs went 9-1 with the “So High School” singer in attendance, the sole loss being Super Bowl LIX.

The night before Gomez and Blanco’s wedding, Kelce remained in Kansas City for his annual Kelce Car Jam. The block party-style event raises money for his 87 & Running Foundation and Operation Breakthrough.
Kelce’s father, Ed Kelce, and mother, Donna Kelce, joined the Chiefs star at Knuckleheads for the annual fundraiser. VIP ticket holders got to hear Kelce speak in a more private setting before he hit the main stage. “I can’t thank you enough for showing up and showing out,” he told the crowd in a video shared on Instagram. “Kansas City always does.”
