The Kansas City Chiefs take on the Buffalo Bills in what’s arguably the most exciting matchup of the week.
Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, who made franchise history during Kansas City’s 28-7 win over the Washington Commanders last week, knows it won’t be easy to defeat Bills quarterback Josh Allen and Co.
“The Bills got rolling this past week… They can score with the best of them,” Kelce said on the latest episode of his “New Heights” podcast. After commenting on Bills running back James Cook’s huge game, “Hopefully, we can slow that down and keep putting up points like we’ve been putting up over the past few weeks.”
Fans would love to see Taylor Swift, Kelce’s fiancée, at Highmark Stadium on Sunday, November 2.
Swift has attended every Chiefs’ home game this season and cheered Kansas City on against the Commanders last week.
The 14-time Grammy winner was spotted in New York City, dining at the private club, Chez Margaux, on Thursday night, so she’s in the area. Swift is keeping a lower profile at games this season and could make an entrance without being detected.
However, it would be a surprise to see “The Life of Showgirl” at Highmark Stadium in Week 9 and for multiple reasons.
Taylor Swift Did Not Have a Great Experience in Buffalo During the Playoffs & Did Not Return Last Season

Sports analyst Adam Lefkoe revealed on “Up & Adams” that the pop star was “shocked” by the intense atmosphere at Highmark Stadium during the divisional playoff game in January 2024.
“I have heard from people very close [to the Kelces] that it was not a great experience in Buffalo,” Lefkoe told podcast host Kay Adams. “For all parties involved. And I’m talking about the most famous of all the parties.”
“I think that it kind of shocked the Kelce family and everyone related to the Kelce family the reception they got. I think they were kind of going in just thinking this is going to be an amazing game with good energy. And they got there and they experienced Bills Mafia in full form and a complete ruthlessness and I think they left and said ‘I don’t know if I want to experience that again.’”
While Lefkoe received some backlash for his comments, as Jason Kelce admittedly had a blast, Travis was pretty blunt about Bills Mafia taking things a bit too far. He put up a heart gesture after scoring a touchdown because “I don’t hate you guys like you hate us, it’s all love, baby,” he explained on “New Heights” last November.

“There was a lot of hate pulling up to that stadium, man. Understandable, it’s a football game, the Bills, coming into their house, they want to make it rowdy. Did it get a little disrespectful? One thousand percent. Did it get a little extra? One thousand percent.
“Some things were said about the families. Some pretty inappropriate things were said about Pat Mahomes, it was pretty whack. I get it, coming into a hostile environment. I respect it, but I just wanted to make sure [they] knew it wasn’t mutual.”
Swift was also in the neighborhood during last season’s regular-season Chiefs-Bills matchup. She was in the midst of performing six nights of the “Eras Tour” at Rogers Centre in Toronto.
While she had a four-day break that coincided with the Nov. 17 matchup, she did not attend. However, Swift didn’t attend any road games last season save for the Super Bowl in New Orleans.
Taylor Swift Is Keeping a Low Profile This Season, Upped Her Security: Report

Swift is keeping a noticeably lower profile at games than she did last season. While a source told US Weekly the attention on her was “getting excessive,” another report notes security is a major issue.
The Daily Mail reported that Swift “has wanted to feel much more protected this year with her security, especially with her current stalker issue… [She] doesn’t want her whereabouts known every minute of the day… She wants to be safe, and she wants her family and friends to be safe.”
