According to TMZ, both mom and baby are doing well.
It is unclear exactly when the birth happened.
The news comes just a few months after her pregnancy was revealed.
She was understood to be around five or six months gone in October time.
Gisele, 44, and the fitness influencer waited until the birth to find out if the baby was a boy or a girl.
The name and sex of the baby have not been released.
New England Patriots icon Brady was told of the news of her pregnancy before it became public.
Their two other children, Benjamin, 15, and Vivian, 12, were also informed at the time.
Gisele and Joaquim were first linked in November 2022.
He had joined her and the two kids on a trip to Costa Rica.
This was just weeks after her divorce from Brady was announced.
They have kept their relationship out of the spotlight ever since.
The birth comes with Brady down in New Orleans for the Super Bowl this coming Sunday.
He will be on the broadcast call for Fox, his first after signing a $375 million deal.
Brady’s broadcasting restrictions, resulting from his ownership stake in the Las Vegas Raiders, have been suspended for the Super Bowl.
Brady will be given access to the Chiefs’ production meetings, which was previously barred during the regular season.
The Kansas City Chiefs are taking on the Philadelphia Eagles in a blockbuster showdown.
Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes will lead their team out looking for a historic third ring in a row.
The three-peat would be the first in the history of the league.
Fans reacted with delight at the baby news on social media, calling it a “miracle”.
