The co-main event features Virna Jandiroba against Mackenzie Dern for the vacant strawweight championship. This is a rematch of their UFC 256 fight, which Dern won by unanimous decision.

Dern now enters as the -158 favorite to capture the strawweight championship. Jandiroba rides a five-fight winning streak and sits at +128 to avenge her 2020 loss and become champion.
