Victor Osimhen’s transfer preference has been revealed as the superstar striker continues to be linked with a summer move to Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United.

Osimhen has spent this season on loan at Galatasaray after being forced out of Napoli by Antonio Conte.

The Nigeria forward boasts an impressive goalscoring record for Napoli – scoring 76 goals in 133 appearances – but was forced to leave after falling out with Conte.

Osimhen has enjoyed a productive loan spell in Turkey, netting 28 goals in all competitions for a Galatasaray side on the verge of winning the league title.

The 26-year-old has previously hinted he could stay at Galatasaray on a permanent transfer but ESPN say he is now targeting a summer move to the Premier League or Juventus

Galatasaray will try to convince Osimhen to stay at the club but he is believed to be keen on a move to England or Serie A giants Juventus.

Osimhen’s stance is welcome news to Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United, who have all expressed interest in the Nigerian.

Chelsea’s form has fallen away in the second-half of the season and Nicolas Jackson has endured another underwhelming campaign, struggling with form and fitness.

Arsenal are expected to spend big on a new striker this season, having registered interest in Viktor Gyokeres and Benjamin Sesko.

Manchester United will also be in the market for a new goalscorer following Rasmus Hojlund’s poor form at Old Trafford.

Osimhen could be signed for around £60m but is said to be demanding around £9m a year in wages given the level of interest.

Rio Ferdinand recently instructed his former club Manchester United to sign Osimhen, tipping him to thrive under Ruben Amorim.

‘There’s just no experience in the forward players at Manchester United,’ he said on his YouTube channel. ‘They need a new centre forward and I’ve been going on about that for ages.

‘I don’t want no young, upstart either. I don’t want a young guy who’s coming to learn his trade. I want an experienced striker who knows his way around a football pitch.

‘I’m sorry Napoli and Galatasaray but if I’m Man United, Osimhen comes this summer, I’m making that happen.

‘We need Osimhen, we need experience and someone who knows how to score. That’s what we need.’

Discussing his future earlier in the year, Osimhen said: ‘To be honest I don’t know.

‘You know the last few months, nobody ever thought I would come here, I never believed I would come to Galatasaray despite how big they are.

‘I live for the moment. I don’t know what will happen in the summer, but I want everybody to understand that I really love this club.

‘I love the fans, I love the president, I love everyone associated with the club. It’s really a big deal to be here and I’m really enjoying my time here.’
