What horse does Sir Alex Ferguson have in Grand National 2025?

Sir Alex Ferguson will run Hitman in the 2025 Grand National.

The Paul Nicholls-trained horse has not raced since finishing second in the Deman Chase at Newbury on February 8.

Hitman was due to compete in the Ryanair Chase at Cheltenham with fellow Fergie runner Protektorat, but the 9-year-old was withdrawn on the morning of the race.

The Sir Alex horse has ran a total of six times at Aintree, finishing in the top three on four occasions.

Freddie Gingell will be aboard Hitman in the Grand National.

The talented young jockey has ridden Fergie’s horse three times, including his most recent run at Newbury in February.

How to watch the Grand National 2025

The 2025 Grand National will be broadcast LIVE on ITV1.
