A motorcyclist died in a collision on Interstate 880 in Oakland on Sunday afternoon, authorities said.
The crash between a vehicle and the motorcycle happened at around 4:40 p.m. on southbound I-880 near Hegenberger Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
