<p id=”par-1_6″>Houston, we have a problem. </p>
<p id=”par-2_45″>While <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/katy-perry/”>Katy Perry</a>, Gayle King, Aisha Bowe, Amanda Nguyn, Kerianne Flynn, and Lauren Sánchez’s all-female Blue Origin NS-13 mission captured the attention of people around the country as the ladies traveled to space on April 14, 2025, not everyone was praising the historic launch. </p>
<p id=”par-3_24″>Some had a problem with it and mocked or criticized the entire mission including fellow celebrities <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/olivia-munn/”>Olivia Munn</a>, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/amy-schumer/”>Amy Schumer</a>, and Olivia Wilde. </p>

I know this is probably obnoxious but like, it’s so much money to go to space, and there’s a lot of people who can’t even afford eggs.</p>
<p id=”par-6_47″>“What’s the point? Is it historic that you guys are going on a ride? I think it’s a bit gluttonous. Space exploration was to further our knowledge and to help mankind. What are they gonna do up there that has made it better for us down here?”</p>

<p id=”par-8_31″>Fellow actor Olivia Wilde took to her <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/oliviawilde/?hl=en” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Instagram</a> Stories writing, “Billion dollars bought some good memes I guess,” with a photo of Perry kissing the ground when she returned to Earth. </p>
<p id=”par-9_15″>And Amy Schumer took her comedic approach in mocking the mission on her <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/reel/DIbTx4OuyLE/?utm_source=ig_embed&ig_rid=86a9aae9-45d6-4367-8330-f4a495844401″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Instagram</a> account.</p>
<p id=”par-10_64″>“Guys, last second they added me to space, and I’m going to space,” she joked while holding a Black Panther toy. “I’m bringing this thing. It has no meaning to me, but it was in my bag, and I was on the Subway, and I got the text, and they were like, ‘Do you want to go to space?’ so I’m going to space.”</p>
