Earth Day, celebrated annually on April 22, is all about working to create a safe, sustainable environment. While you’re doing your part to help save the planet, you can save money, too.
Many companies are marking the occasion with limited-time sales and giveaways. Here are seven places to get deals and freebies.
- Apple: Customers can get 10% off AirPods or accessories when they recycle an eligible Apple device at a participating Apple Store. The offer lasts until May 16.
- Avocado: The organic mattress maker’s Earth Month Sale includes 15% off select mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, bedding and more, plus 40% off rugs and 50% off loungewear.
- LG: Through April 29, LG is offering up to 35% off select Energy Star appliances.
- Natural Grocers: From April 22-24, Natural Grocers is hosting an in-store event featuring specials, sweepstakes and giveaways. Rewards members can get a free reusable Earth Day bag with purchase.
- Pact: Find organic basics, dresses, leggings and more on sale during the Earth Month sale, through April 30.
- Sonos: Save up to 25% on select certified refurbished speakers and soundbars through April 24.
- Yogurtland: Dirt Cups are buy one, get one free on April 22 when you order online or in the app. Use the code “EARTHDAY” at checkout.

Bonus tip: Look for more Earth Day offerings in your community on or around April 22. Some cities are offering free rides on public transportation. You might also find free activities, plant giveaways and more.
