<p id=”par-4_29″>Lizzie Cundy, who is a British TV personality and friends with Sarah, has urged Fergie on multiple occasions to do an interview because “people need to hear the truth.”</p>

Look, [Sarah and Andrew] lost their home, they’ve lost their work, they’ve lost their charities, they’ve lost their reputation. Fergie was queen of comebacks and reinventing herself. I really think she should do an interview and tell the truth, just have some clarity and truth.</p>
<p id=”par-6_47″>“I think that’s a way back, people need to hear the truth. She’s done the Oprah show, she’s done books. She’s had a lot of scandals in the past, but this is something else and I think it’s really important that the public hear it from her.”</p>

However, as we saw with Andrew when Athena [Princess Beatrice’s daughter] was christened last December, [Sarah] will have to keep a low profile. [Andrew] was not included in the Christening photographs, nor was she.</p>
<p id=”par-10_38″>“There may be possibilities for interviews if she decides to go down that path, but there are no comeback possibilities after recent events. Taking a backseat isn’t in her nature, but for Eugenie’s sake, she has no choice.”</p>
<p id=”par-11_85″>In a statement regarding Epstein in 2025, Sarah’s spokesperson said: “The duchess spoke of her regret about her association with Epstein many years ago, and as they have always been, her first thoughts are with his victims. Like many people, she was taken in by his lies. As soon as she was aware of the extent of the allegations against him, she not only cut off contact but condemned him publicly, to the extent that he then threatened to sue her for defamation.” </p>
