A man was stabbed on a CTA Red Line platform Thursday night in Rogers Park.
Around 10:40 p.m., the 56-year-old man was on the platform in the 1300 block of West Morse Avenue when he began fighting with someone he didn’t know, Chicago police said.
The unknown man then took out a sharp object and stabbed the man in the left hand, police said.
He was taken to Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, where he was listed in good condition, officials said.
The attacker fled before police arrived.
Area 3 detectives were investigating.
