Rezvani saw the Lamborghini Sterrato and said, “Hold my gas can.” The California-based customizer known for its bulletproof, James Bond baddie-worthy “Tank” SUV has turned its attention on the Huracán, the previous-gen entry-level Lambo that served as the basis for the Italian marque’s “first off-road supercar.“
It’s completely unrecognizable as a Raging Bull thanks to Rezvani’s substantial exterior work, which includes a wide-body, high-clearance carbon fiber fender system that enlarges its stance to 88 inches wide. The car features functional hood heat extractors, integrated LED off-road lighting, reinforced bumpers, front recovery hooks, a rear tow package, and a roof-mounted air snorkel for water fording.
Underpinning this bodywork is an all-new front and rear suspension system delivering a 4.5-inch lift over the standard Lamborghini Huracán, paired with long-travel shocks. These mods in particular seriously increase off-road capability: 11 inches of ground clearance, an approach angle of up to 25 degrees, a departure angle of up to 35 degrees, and underbody skid plate protection against impacts on rough terrain. Rounding it out are 20-inch wheels wrapped in 31-inch mud-terrain tires with reinforced sidewall construction, along with a tire pressure monitoring system.
Adding to the extremity is what Rezvani’s done to the naturally aspirated V10 that served Lamborghini for over two decades—first in the Gallardo and then the Huracán. The 5.2-liter unit, which made a maximum of 632 horsepower in the Huracan’s top-shelf STO and Performante trims, now pumps out 800 hp through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission thanks to a supercharger supplied by VF Engineering.
The Rezvani Dune is limited to just 7 examples, making it considerably more exclusive than the Sterrato, which had a run of 1,499 cars priced from $273,000. The Dune’s price wasn’t released, but it’ll certainly be more than that—head to Rezvani’s website to inquire.
