After spending six weeks together in Fiji, the cast of “Love Island USA” season 8 is reuniting in Los Angeles to film their reunion episode in early August, and this time fans can watch all the drama go down in real time before the episode airs.
For the past two seasons, the “Love Island USA” reunion episode has been filmed in New York on a closed set. Host Ariana Madix and Bravo’s Andy Cohen will return to host the reunion, which airs on Monday, August 31 at 6 p.m. PT on Peacock.

“Love Island USA” shared information about the reunion taping on their social media. The audience casting for the event is organized by OS | LA Productions. There are three tapings fans can apply for, all of which are free to attend.
The taping on Sunday, August 9 at 5:30 p.m. will be the arrivals of the cast and take place outside of the studio in Universal City.
The reunion itself will tape on Monday, August 10 in two parts. There will be both a morning and afternoon taping, each expected to be six hours. The morning taping for part one will begin at 9 a.m. and the afternoon taping for part two will start at 2 p.m.
Each fan must apply to attend the taping individually. While applying is free, it is not a guarantee. If selected, fans are expected to stay for the entire taping.
The official cast for the reunion has not been announced yet, but as per previous seasons, it’s expected that the final four couples will be on stage for the primary of the reunion. It’s also been the custom that most bombshells and original cast members return for the filming, unless they were removed from the Villa for a reason other than getting dumped.
Earlier this month, Bryce Alakai and Trinity Tatum were crowned the winners of the dating show, going home with a $50,000 grand prize. The other finalists included Aniya Harvey and Carl Lee Schmidt in second, Melanie Moreno and Sincere Rhea in third, and Kayda Bosse and Zach Georgiou in fourth.
“Love Island USA” is available to stream on Peacock.
