A large police presence that included armored vehicles closed streets in Logan Square from late Monday morning into the evening.
Officers responded to a call for service near the intersection of North Kimball and West Wrightwood Avenues at approximately 11:45 a.m., police said.
Police did not provide details about the call for service but said the incident was ongoing as of 8 p.m.
